The Services are available via cloud deployment, on-premises deployment, or a hybrid model as agreed in a separate commercial contract.
These website Terms govern general use of our public website and the submission of enquiry, demo, partner, and career forms. Use of our licensed software products is additionally governed by a separate Master Services Agreement or Order Form executed between Altitude and the customer, which takes precedence over these Terms in the event of any conflict regarding the Services themselves.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana, India, unless otherwise agreed in a separate commercial contract.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, or applicable law. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
